Terms and Conditions:

Please note: All Wholesale applications are subject to approval.

Once you have applied for a wholesale account, you can expect to hear back from us within 3 days.
Our wholesale is extremely important to us and we like to go through applications thoroughly.
Should we require more information from you, we will be in touch.

• Franchises are not allowed. All wholesale accounts should be registered to your own business and you will sell under your business name.
• You will need an existing company before you register.
  If you wish to sell at different locations, other than the address with which you've registered, please inform us.
• Wholesalers are not allowed to sell our products online without permission. Should this happen, we will cease supplying you immediately.
• Website sales and promotions do not apply to wholesalers and teachers.
• Wholesalers are to inform us of any events / trade shows they may be attending.
• We encourage placing orders regularly due to our print turnover. Please note that we do not repeat prints and once sold out, we cannot repeat prints.
• Should you wish to return any items; please note that this needs to be done within 7 working days. We do not issue refunds on ANY wholesale orders. You may return an item if there is a fault.
• Should you place an order for a specific size and we have run out of a particular size, we will inform you and either a) replace with another size or b) refund for the missing pieces.
• Wholesale orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days.
• For all International Orders, we will dispatch your order within 4 working days and you may be liable for import duties / taxes
