Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Coconut Active uses different courier companies within South Africa. We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
All packages must be signed for when delivered. Please ensure when making your purchase, you provide an address where there will be someone present to sign for you, otherwise the package will return to the courier company. We cannot ship to PO Box numbers.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
International Orders
International orders will be sent via DHL Express for an additional fee.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, you may incur import taxes/duties/customs charges in your destination country. This is not part of our delivery charge and we recommend you investigate the import regulations in your country.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery time.
International shipping is currently available worldwide.
RETURNS
Please note: There are no exchanges or returns on sale or discounted items.
When purchasing your items, please have a look at the sizing guides for accurate sizing. If a certain product runs small or large, we will recommend ordering a size down or up. Should you have any queries regarding sizes, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Should your order arrive and is the wrong size, you may request an exchange/refund/credit. Please note, that we only process refunds if items are unworn and have no marks / stains / noticeable wear. We reserve the right to deny a refund should the items be worn or in unfit condition to resell.
In order to receive an exchange/refund/credit you will need to return the item to us via courier in the same condition that it was delivered to you. (We can arrange for a courier collection for you and quote you on this service).
All exchanges and refunds must be done within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to exchange or return your item:
- Email kate@coconutactive.co.za and let us know the circumstances and which item you would like to return.
- Once the item is received by us we will issue you with a refund/credit/exchange.l
GIFT CARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Coconut Active Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- Gift Cards can only be redeemed at online at coconutactive.com
Gift Cards
“Gift Cards” are purchase for someone else as a gift. These are available from us online and are purchased in fixed, Rand value amounts, e.g. R200.
- Purchases will be deducted from the card amount until the Rand value reaches zero, and no cash change will be given.
- The balance showing on the Coconut Active system is binding.
- The Gift Card is valid for 36 months from date of purchase.
Gift Card Restrictions
- Purchased Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
Refunds on Returns
We cannot refund in cash, purchases made with a gift card. We will either reinstate the used voucher with a limited extension of the expiration date or issue you with a new one.
